So since I've had time to prepare and
really figure out how to go about the eating and the time to
exercise. The hardest part is finding time, it gets difficult when the kids
are coming home and more people on the roads around here = scary
drivers, there are no sidewalks which makes this most difficult.
So! I think I'm going to start running
in the mornings before work, since work doesn't start till 10 for me,
I can get up at 8 and run for 20-30 minutes. Plus found this awesome
link on my friend's running challenge page on FB which is such a
great idea to get everyone motivated. On there I found this 10 week
running program to get you started and I love it because it's not
scary at all!!
