So since I've had time to prepare and really figure out how to go about the eating and the time to exercise.  The hardest part is finding time, it gets difficult when the kids are coming home and more people on the roads around here = scary drivers, there are no sidewalks which makes this most difficult.
So! I think I'm going to start running in the mornings before work, since work doesn't start till 10 for me, I can get up at 8 and run for 20-30 minutes. Plus found this awesome link on my friend's running challenge page on FB which is such a great idea to get everyone motivated. On there I found this 10 week running program to get you started and I love it because it's not scary at all!!


WEEK RUN WALK REPEAT TOTAL TIME
1 1 min 2 min 7x 21 minutes
2 1 min 1 min 10x 20 minutes
3 2 min 1 min 7x 21 minutes
4 3 min 1 min 5x 20 minutes
5 4 min 1 min 4x 20 minutes
6 6 min 1 min 3x 21 minutes
7 9 min 1 min 2x 20 minutes
8 12 min 1 min Then run 7 min 20 minutes
9 15 min 1 min Then run 4 min 20 minutes
10 20 min LEAP FOR JOY!

I'm actually very excited about this. I've gotta work on my workout music woot woot!

Alright! So if I start this "program" tomorrow evening, it will end in roughly 70 days Aug 22nd.  Lets hope I can run through the summer, that's going to be the rough part I think!
