Alright the last three days have been a major slip up, however, I did get in 2.5 miles in yesterday of walking. Hoping that this rain will stop so I can get on with some walking/jogging in tomorrow.
Fat-free anything... just tastes gross, I would take on reduced fat anything rather than fat-free any day. Two of my biggest oh no's are mayo and ranch dressing. Hungry Girl definitely have some good points for sandwiches, dejonaise spread, it's a mustard/mayo combo spread. I finally found it in the store the other day and have been using it ever since. However it doesn't replace the combonation of mayo and a BLT, I mean really whats a BLT without the mayo?
I also don't use ranch for salads, for some reason the glob of ranch just gives me shivers its kind of gross in that amount. HOWEVER, when used for dipping it's heaven.
I found this really good balsamic dressing, which I threw out the bottle before looking so basically have to test every balsamic dressing ever made once again. It was kind of sweet, but since it's so thin it gets on everything without having to use so much.
I also didn't drink as much water today so I think my body is retaining.
Things people should keep in mind:
Weight doesn't come off that easy, so keep at it. (the hard part).
When you all of a sudden gain 2 lbs, it's most likely water weight. It's really difficult for your body to gain that much weight in a day.
