Oh Boy 2012!!
I don't really have a desire to go to the gym and start a routine. I'm fairly certain that would be a good idea when walking or jogging just isn't cutting it for me, but I actually enjoy going outdoors and going on a hike or what have you. The reason being... if you go walk a mile away from your starting point, it's a mile back, ending result in 2 miles. Amy and I used to knock out 5 miles a day, timed at an hour and 15-20 mins. Most of the time, we would go and run errands for our walks so that we feel like we're accomplishing something.

So as you can probably tell from the date of my last post that I had totally forgotten about my fat blog, Flog, Blob, Frumpy blog. Lmao baahaha
Christmas was anti losing weight and I may have just gained some more weight. However, I have not lost my motivation to really get into shape. I gave myself a timeline to lose the first 20lbs (till April). So I’m not totally freaking out by April if I didn’t lose 60 lbs lmao. (dude, there would be barely anything left of me if I lost that much)
So the last couple of months sucked, I have to come up with a healthier way to make muffins, or cupcakes. I mean it’s bread, so that’s a “rut-ro” to begin with, I’m hoping to find something in the Hungry-Girl cookbook to see if there are any cakey yummy deliciousness I can find to curb my craving. Not necessarily chocolate... just cakey, I’m really not a sweet person but the last month has been weird I’m craving cake/pie. Funny part is… I’ll eat it and then not feel like it’s doing the job, which then leads me to eating more and more and baking more and more. Werd. So not a good idea.
I’ve also had a realization that I am at a point in my life where majority of the people I know has already worked in their desired professions for approximately 2-5 years by now. If they haven’t, they’re studying to become doctors, which doesn’t make the situation any better for me, lol. I really wish I had this uncontrollable destiny to become [insert profession]. However… I’m 27… I’m here… this is it… I have to just move.
Just move… should be my motto lmao… it can work spiritually, physically, mentally …etc…etc…
I’m hoping to find a walking buddy, since it will put even more pressure into the whole walking thing (hint hint Mr Matt V. that would be you)
In other news, I started to do zumba and some other Kinect dance game. It’s pretty entertaining, does create some sweat surprisingly.
