Ok so... February was a bust.

I've been afraid to weigh myself. Lots of weird things happening health wise so I've been laying low off the blog lol. However... I did start to ride the little exercise bike I have in my house, for an hour at least 3 times a day. I've also figured out to try and pedal as fast as I can during commercials they're usually about a minute so I think it works out great.
Other than that I'm really excited to get to see my mother so thats a plus.
Food: Found the sweetest blueberries at Trader Joes. All the veg I bought from Trader Joe's was really awesome, I just wasn't really a fan that I couldn't really find too much kale. Luckily Whole foods is near Trader Joe's in case I want something specific.
Also... I know its a vegan thing but I've been pretty interested in this Nutritional Yeast stuff. I've also had an interest in a vegetarian diet idea... I love my meat don't get me wrong but I definitely feel weighed down when I eat meats. So I'm hoping to get into a habit of eating vegetarian for most of the week. I'm going to try this nice and slow until I really get into it.
Nutritional yeast, it's inactive yeast, has this Parmesan kind of flavor. What they suggest for you to use it in is popcorn. I have to admit using nutritional yeast on popcorn changed my life lmao. It gives it this different type of depth in flavor that I haven't tasted anything else to give popcorn. I'm obsessed. So I put a little butter while it's still hot, and dump a couple table spoons of this nutritional yeast and munch on. They sell it in the bulk section at Whole Foods Market, they have a ton of stuff there from beans to even rice so check out the bulk section.
I've really chowed down on bread the last week, ugh.... so sad.
So for the goal for this week is to try and get more into the bike, and inch out meats. :)
