Daylight savings...

Watch the video added from YouTube Cat lovers will understand.

See I'm not a cat fan, or own any cats, but my two small athletic dogs and one not so athletic mama dog of four, pretty much jump and sky dive off of my bed until either my husband or I wake up.
...  Usually me.
So with this wake up, I decided to weigh myself first thing... Either my scale is some sort of evil machine and is f*ckin with me or the early fat melt off speed is incredible. but I lost a 1 pound between last night's and this morning's weigh in.  WERD!!
I also forgot to mention that the Lose It app is restricting me to a 1300 daily allowance.  It's really not bad, I just probably wont be able to eat out, which I rarely do that anyways.
Then my niece is eating bacon lmao... I ate a slice lol.
I was actually dreaming about this post last night cause I wanted to write more from yesterday's.
Cheating....
If they didn't want to make you feel bad about it they wouldn't be calling it "cheating".  When I'm in a good place and working really hard to getting to my good weight, I tend to eat healthier generally all the time.  You know... No sodas/soft drinks, get the egg beaters, load up on veggies raw and cooked, mix Benefiber into my coffee, eat less red meat and more white meat/seafood, even get veggy burgers or meat substitutes, Morning Star is a great meat substitute brand.  The foods available to vegetarians and or vegans are becoming more and more tasty so give it a try.
My rule of thumb to keep myself from starving... if it's a vegetable just eat it.  However stay away from high starch vegetable (luckily the list is fairly short).
This link will have a list of low/high in starch vegetable.

Just like quitting smoking with an electric cigarette.... you just need that hearty yummy can't get anything else to taste like that sort of food lol.  Most cravings I have I usually let myself have it, if I restrict myself like crazy I end up quitting and forgetting about it.  However when I do have a craving I don't usually go an eat that and only that for the next week, I let myself have a serving and be done with it.
A good time for cheating is the weekend, we go out with friends or to the bars and feel shitty being the odd man out who's only eating a salad. Another reason most people quit, theres always that friend who is probably a really great friend I'm sure.. but when its your health or well being we know she's going to leave you hanging to die saying stupid things like. "It's just one 10lb burger.. how many of these are you going to really eat in a lifetime..." or "come on, you want a milkshake and eat the entire blender full that it comes with... "
Oo... which is another reason why I like that captain crunch shake (lol) you could eat the whole blender and it barely has any fat and the entire blender would be like at the most 300 calories. So yea it sucks you wasted 300 calories on a milkshake but dude... you totally needed it because you're period is making you into a raging bitch and that is the only thing that will keep the idiots from taking over your brain. lol.

All in all... just make a conscious effort into making your life better.  Screw the rest who are trying to convince you otherwise.  You really have to want it in order for shit to happen.

Oh my friend Gillian suggested getting my husband to teach me some workouts military style.  As much as I wished that would happen and it would be great... it wouldn't because....
  1. He gained more weight than I did. Which can mean one thing... he stopped working out. lol.
  2. Military workouts are intense with the whole tear the muscle so it can grow back stronger! Hooah!
  3. Joe did however give me a tip, you wont get into weight loss mode until after 20 minutes of running.  Which then put me in this weird moment where I just stared at him and thought to my self how much time I'd be spending running. o_o
  4. Joe wont work out unless his career depends on it. I don't think he really cares.
So that's where I came out with the easy build up that wont detour me back to frumpy-ville.

*I got Joe to finally come with me on a 3 miles walk lol plus I mowed the lawn and broke out in a sweat lmao.
*Just found out that Lose It has lawn mowing as an exercise option haha.
